Microwoven

My complaint no GB0712006713 dated 12 Jul 2012 is closed without attending the complaint and giving remark that customer refuse for repair. I have again made complaint no. GB0712014432 on 27 Jul 2012 for same defects. But no repair have been carried out by the company. They are giving home care plan to customer but where is care. They are cheating. they are adding very bad name with his company.

Can Consumer forum will take any action against the company.
