[Resolved] Whirlpool Refrigerator — compressor not working | |||
TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN i have purchased refrigerator - 410 proton Elite Duet Black Whirlpool Sr. INE[protected] on 13/10/2010. It is in warranty period but on 8/7 /2011 all of a sudden its compressor was not working we have registered complaint at call centre date 9/7/2011 No. JP[protected] and call them to check the refrigerator they reported that its psm is not working and should be replaced and took the part for replacement and till then they are not responding properly nor they are replacing the part taking pains to rectify the problem. fridge is now a days necessity nor a luxury and min temp. at kota is 27degrees without this life has become miserable. we hope u will take fast action against it and get frdge repaired within a day or two to regain the trust on the company. Whirlpool Refrigerator — Compressor not working.
We bought the Refrigerator of Whirpool of India Ltd. Company though its dealer namely B.S. Electronics in August 2004 with 7 years warranty plan (i.e. 7 years warranty period), in which it clearly shows in case within this period the Compressor of the Refrigerator found defective or inoperative than Company replace the New Compressor free of cost. I have a Complaint no. i.e. DL[protected] which is given by Whirpool of India Ltd.’s Customer Care’s Department the Engineer comes from their Company and says the Compressor is not working it will be changed but you will be pay for it of Rs.1200/- and they refused to sole our problem but our Refrigerator is under warranty period and the Compressor will be changed free of Cost from their side why should we pay for it?I had called the Customer Care department of Whirpool of India Ltd. several times but there is no response from their side than what should I do please help us we are facing problems with this Whirpool Company’s product and in future I suggest everyone that cannot use Whirpool Company’s product its services are very bad they can’t provide the good services to their customers also in warranty period. From 13.02.2011 our Refrigerator is not working due to this we are facing problems. Resolve this problem as early as possible. Our Refrigerator in under 7 years warranty period so the Compressor of our Refrigerator should be changed free of cost from the Company, why are they charging from us.
Resolve this matter earliest don’t stretch the matter further.
