[Resolved] Wi5 — Installation of broadband connection | |||
I had paid Rs. 4029 for a new connection of internet broadband of a company named 'wi5' which included Rs.999 as installation charge and Rs. 3030 as charge for 3 months internet in advance. I had done this payment on[protected] and have attached the receipt with this mail. At that time I was told that I will receive the connection within 5 days. But I didn't receive the connection in that time and when I used to call him he just made excuses that my mechanic has gone home and this and that and he told that Your internet connection will start on[protected]. And he also told that if it does not start on[protected] then I myself will refund you on the same day. And the person came on[protected] and installed the device but did not give the adapter and user name and password. He told that I will get these things on[protected] morning. But the whole day went by and I did not get the adapter and id password. When I called his number he told me that he will come on[protected] in spite of it being sunday. I told no problem. On sunday he did not come and when I called him he told me that he doesn't have the adapter and he has to ask for it from the company which might take 3-4 days. Then I told him to give my money back. And today he is telling it will take 72 hours for my money to come. This is the way he is cheating us. Earlier he told that he will refund from his account if my internet does not start on[protected] and now today is[protected] still my internet has not started and today he is telling me that it will still take 72 hrs for my refund. Please help me what should I do. Since last 15 days he is having my money. I had also made a complaint on the website of Wi5 at levels 1 and 2 but got no response from them Was this information helpful? | |||
