[Resolved]  WorldSpace Satellite Radio — Did not honour the offer made in 2007

World space promised me to provide 1 return ticket from-to anywhere in India as a part of reviewal offer in 2007. It has been more then a year of following up with them on phone, till date I have not received the tickets. I have logged the complaint on thier website also but no result.

Hi,

There is serious concern what commitment World Space had made to me last year and till date not full filled even repeated reminders and so many calls.
Last year when I renewed my World Space subscription for the unit no. E[protected], rec number [protected]
It was promised that I would get one free return domestic tickets. Since last year so many time I will visited Delhi and I needed to avail it but I did not got tickets.
So many people call me for renewal I tell each one of them to address my issue, they come back and tell me someone will call back but nothing happens.

I wonder World Space is such a big company with good brand name in the market, how come they are not able to honour their promise and playing with their reputation for not full flling their commitment.
