[Resolved] W580i — sony ericsson SERVICE CENTER | |
Hi, I had bought sonyericsson w580i on dec-2007. I went to service center two times for the service in oneyear. my cell has crossed warranty just in december-2008 and now it is showing me the error 'NO NETWORK ACCESS'. The service center guy says that there was a shortcircuit in the mother board and I had to pay 4800 to get it repaired. The service center name is BABLI SERVICE CENTER, KOLKATA. please help on how to complain on this service center. Was this information helpful? | |

W580i — worst communication
i have launched a complain (complained id SEO[protected]) customer name SUBITRA SARKAR. dated 11/24/2008 at 5:17 PM but till today after receving 2 calls from your service centre RT Outsoucing my set till not delivered . They ensured me that my set is ok over the phone but when i went to there centre they only said sorry, till my set is not working. i dont expect that kind of miscommunication and sorry to say they are not at all proffessioal. i never deal with sony in future. My set is under worrenty period i want my set back as early as possibl other wise please changed my set.i shall wait for another week and then if my problem will not solve i will go for ligal action.W580i — headset problem
i took the sony ericsson in planet,that planet gave to me 2years replacement...i gave my mobile for charginging and head set kit pin aren't woking..
i gave my mobile in planet at Himayath nagar in october ,5th.. but they aren't giving at this time .. they aren't respose to give the mobile ..
please as soon as my mobile repaire to do and give it to me ...
W580i — earphone
i have been to sony erricson care at sec 34 twice regarding the ear phone problem i was facing but every time they say its being rectified now but the problem resumes within the time period of 4-5hrs.its not even a year of purchasing the phone.so plz help me out regarding this
