Nokia Care — Worst Experience with Nokia Care- Gulati Communications

I had purchase a bluetooth BH-209 from Planet M,Saket Mall on 1st August 2009. And from the Very first day it was having one or the other trouble. The handset was not having voice clarity and there was a lot of disturbance coming while talking through that bluetooth.Thus after jostling with the bluetooth for 1 month i made the biggest mistake of my life by giving in the nokia care center (Gulati Communications)which is located at the Gole Market Lane.I had submitted my bluetooth on a very sad day of 2nd september 2009 in the hope that i would be getting a replaced bluetooth in 1 month (which is in itself a very long period for replacement). But they nokia care people had different plans. When i visited the Care Center on the Target date of delivery (i.e-29th September 2009)of the bluetooth then they told me that my bluetooth has not came yet and i need to visite the nokia care center again next week. After a week again i went to the care center and the Person Mr Hemant Gulati gave me a old Bluetooth with Model No BH-204 saying that this is the bluetooth which he has recieved from the Headoffice. I told him that i will not take any other bluetooth then BH 209 (Brand New) bluetooth for replacement. Then he told me that it will take another 15 days to get the new bluetooth so i waited for next 15 days for the bluetooth and when i visited them again after 15 days they again to told me that they have not yet received the bluetooth yet and it will take a weeks more time to get the bluetooth. Then i called nokia care- Call Center and they told me that they would arrange a bluetooth by 30 October 2009 and i should visit the Nokia Care on that date. And when i again went to the Gulati Communications, i was again told that still they have not recived the bluetooth. So i again came back empty handed. Now again i had called the Nokia care-call center and they had told me that for sure you will get your replaced bluetooth by 13th November 2009. And when i again went to the Nokia Care-Gulati Communications. Then they again gave me an Old Bluetooth with the Model No-BH-204. And told me that this is the bluetooth the headoffice has send to them again.I have still rejected to take that bluetooth and again complaint the Call center about this case but even they are not helping and even there has been no communication from any of the nokia people to me. For last 2 and half months i have been waiting for my bluetooth to get replaced. I have really got fedup with the nokia care-call center and Nokia Care-Gulati Communication.

This is the worst experience of my life with any of the care centers.Nokia people are not even ready to listen to the customers. I really feel cheated and i dont know whether i would recieve my bluetooth back or not. I really want my bluetooth back and also a compensation for the mental harressment they have given to me and also for the number of visites i need for make to the care center and also for the time and energy i had to put to visite the nokia care center every time.

Please advice how to take legal action against the nokia care

This is one of the example of complaints against gulati communication as there are more i have seen on internet and similar problems i have faced in dealing with them, and different parts missing in the phone,
Visit the Nokia Care in any Metros once. You will never buy any Nokia Product in your life. On seeing the crowd from outside you will think that some recruitment rally is happening there. People are flooded with their Nokia mobile to repair.
