[Resolved] Vodafone Prepaid — wrong charge at roming | |
Dear Sir, we are the user of your Vodafone Prepaid Service of West Bengal circle. in 25th of May we were going to Kishanganj Jn. which was under Bihar circle. In the morning of 26th May we suddenly noticed that our balance of Vodafone Prepaid were going below minus balance. We were shoked. our number were [protected] (Gopal Chandra Saha) which shows the balance Rs. -24.45 and the another one was [protected] (Amit Kurmi) which shows the balance of Rs.- 171.5 . We could't understand the reason. We contact with your Customer Care, they told that this was happen for Roaming SMS Cost, but they couldn't get us the details. We were sure about that we couldn't send any SMS. Please do something about the above mentioned incident at utmost priority. Was this information helpful? | |

We contact with your Customer Care, they told that this was happen for Roaming and browsing cost they couldn't get us the details. We were sure about that we couldn't send any SMS. and i used in small recharge of browsing so

Vodafone Prepaid — wrong charge
I had a balace of 8 Rs today and I received a call from Bhopal. My balance now shows -6.54 Rs. I calld up customer service and they informed me that the charge was for changing the cller tune but I did not change my caller tune. My caller tune charges were deducted on August 1st, 2008 itself. This 15 Rs charge is a fraud charge and I am unable to get it resolved. The IVR options go round and round and do not give me an option to talk to a representative at all.
