REF : LETTER NO. TIN/PAN/CR-v/[protected] dated 27.2.2008.

NEENA RANI D/O SHADI RAM W/O PARDEEP KUMAR, R/O QILA ROAD, AMLOH HAD APPLIED FOR NEW PAN WAS ALLOTTED PAN NO. ALLPR4496D BUT THE NAME WAS MISPRINTED AS MEENA RANI INSTEAD OF NEENA RANI. THE RECEIPT OF THE SAME IS CORRECTLY ISSUED IN THE NAME OF NEENA RANI. AFTER KNOWLEDGE OF THE SAME, I APPLIED FOR CORRECTION OF THE SAME BUT INSTEAD OF CORRECTING THE SAME BY CHECKING THE ORIGINALLY SENT DOCUMENTS, I WAS TIME AND AGAIN ASKED TO PROVIDE CHANGE OF NAME INFORMATION WHERE AS THE FACT IS THAT I NEVER CHANGED MY NAME AND THE MISTAKE IS AT YOUR END BY MIS SPELLING THE NAME AS MEENA RANI INSTEAD OF NEENA RANI AND I AM SUFFERING FOR THE MISTAKE AT YOUR END FOR MANY MONTHS. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY CHECK YOUR ORIGINAL RECORD AND RECEIPT ISSUED BY YOUR OFFICE AND ISSUE ME THE CORRECT PAN CARD IN MY NAME.

Pan card — incorrect name

My name is prashant goswami.And my pan card i was not useing earlier because i was studying.but its time for doing job and my pan card will be required.

So i can't use the pan card because my name is printed incorrect.But the address is correct.so its my humble request to issue me a new one with correct name and address.Its not prashanta its prashant goswami.

Pancard — Wrongly printed surname

Dear Sir,

i appllied for a new pan card on 19th February 2009 vide application No:[protected] and Coupon No:[protected] and when i checked the status of pancard on computer after 15 days my name on computer displayed as JOHNDHARMENDRA ALLADA but on my pancard the surname is wrongly printed it is printed as ALLA JOHNDHARMENDRA instead of ALLADA JOHN DHARMENDRA.

i want to know the procedure to rectify my correct surname on the pancard kindly tell what to do?

my name is printed wrongly on my PAN card my name is KEERTHIBABU BOYILLA but in my pan card it is printed as KEERTIBABU BOYILLA. iam facing many problems reguarding this... please rectify this error and send me a new pan card my PAN CARD NUMBER is AOCPB8465J i hope you will send me some necessary steps to follow to help me to rectify this error

Pancard — wrong name on my son pancard

i applied for my son pancard who is a minor and i recd it also in MAY 2008 but with wrong name on it. As a father my name on card is VIRAL KAMLKANT SHAH...which should be corrected to VIRAL KAMALKANT SHAH. again in JUNE 2009 i applied for name correction and recd it AGAIN WITH WRONG NAME PRINTED. Not able to understand what to do now. Plz help

My name is Santhosh Kumar A.N. In the PAN card the number is AQEPA7374H. But earlier when I had searched the number in internet it was BKJPS3622N. Date of Birth is correct.

How can check for the correct PAN Number and how can I correct ?

sir , i applied for pan card which was well before few months.My pan card no is- CCDPS3555F.unfortunately my title printed over the card was wrong ,in stead of SAMANTROY it was written as SAMANTRAY.Kindly change my name as SWAPNA SAMANTROY $ issue me a fresh one.Before this i already registered a complain regarding this which was un answered.Waiting for your kind action.

I have received my pan card with Pan card No AMRPC2120L but unfortunately with a wrong name.It should have been ABHISEK CHATTERJEE instead it's printed as ABHISHEK CHATTERJEE.
