Hi ,
i booked hotel saheli on 24,25,26 dec in udaipur from booking.com,as per the terms and conditions.On reaching the hotel, hotel manager informed thata there is no such booking available and they have no aggrement with booking .com. due to hectic travelling and childrens i have to take sustandard hotel.and managed the 3 days stay.On comlaining to booking .com they are pointing out mistake of saheli hotel.
As matter of fact i had done booking through booking .com, and is there responsiblilty to arrange the stay .
Hence Looking for the compensation.
