When you book for Room for International Hotels through www.booking.com, Be care. The booking.com provides informations is not accepted the hotel rules, For example, The booking.com information shows No Deposit for room, No cancelation fees for Room,just book when u enter pay,like this information show on website, After book the rooms informations are different, Full charged, No refundable Scheme, One more request Dont Share your Credit cars Number, Credit card Number Only Enough to Debit Your money, be careful,
Booking.com shows room rent in INR.format but room payment differently charge our Credit Card. Pls Share it all,
the booking.com says just enter credit card details but amount will debited them
No Need To CVV Number, Secure Password like this site, thats need only Indian security site. be care I am also cheated by them...

I made a reservation at the Ritz Hotel in Jerusalem (did not choose the no -refundable, but the rate allowing cancellation) for the dates Dec.20 to 30, 2013. The total price was supposed to be US$ 1, 340.00 for ten days.
However, due to health problem had to cancel my trip to Israel. Booking confirmed to me it was cancelled, but to my surprise, the hotel
used my credit card and charged me for the full amount.
Nobody assumes responsibility. This is downright theft. I cancelled on Dec.4th and was sure I would have no problems.
I strongly advise everybody to be extremely careful giving your credit card information to a hotel that is supposed to charge you upon arrival.
Ritz Hotel charged my credit card (or was it Booking who charged???) on Dec.7th.
