Hi, I have ordered Sony erricson xperia pro on november 2ND 2011, After 40 days i got this message from dealsaNDyou, Dear Customer, Greetings from www.dealsaNDyou.com. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your Order Id # 281653 for the SONY XEPRIA PRO product as the veNDor is unable to provide us the required inventory. As you are aware, we do not hold any inventory at the back-eND. Fresh stocks are ordered from the merchant/dealer on the closure of a particular deal aND on clearing the audit the orders are sent for dispatch further. Hence, we are forced to cancel your order. If you paid for this order using a Credit/Debit Card, please be advised that the amount paid by you will be refuNDed in full to the same bank account with which you placed this order. However, please be informed that if the order mentioned above was placed using a marketing/campaign voucher, the same will not be refuNDed back. I booked a Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro on 3rd November 2011(Order ID=282012 dated 11/3/11 1:25 PM,Order #[protected]
The Customer Care guys told me that it will be delivered max by 21 working days.After constant follow up also i didn't recieve the product till 13th December 2011.
Then when i insisted that it has been more than 45 days since i booked this product and i should get it ASAP ,the Customer Care executive told me that he will look into the matter .
But to my surprise i recieved the follwing mail from Delas and you the same day stating that they are not able to deliver the product.
