After such a long relationship with your company if your company cannot give complete service to their customers and depend on agents views then it really doesn't look like you want to help your customers. Why would we take a snap of the stale cake. For your information : A Stale cake will not "look" stale. It always "taste" or "smell" stale. And As I told you and had written in my previous mail that cake was smelling very badly. I am your websites' customer for past 4 years and before this I never had such complain. SO I am putting up a complain now because I faced this problem and you should trust your customer. I am highly disappointed and ask for the full refund. Soon after the delivery when my friend opened the box the cake was smelling terribly and was stale. I am your website's / company's regular customer. Its very sad to hear that a stale cake was delivered to the recipient. Such a service is not expected from your company and i expect an explanation on this. I also came to know that are misusing some other bakery company's name and ruining their reputation in the market by sending stale cakes to people and putting some other company's contact details on their cake boxes.
