Even i have faced a similar situation, i placed the order and in 10 days they told me the seller cannot deliver the product and its been 2 months and they still haven't refunded my money, I believe there are more than 60 complaints from various people, how do we make the general public aware of this fraudulent site.
Their customer care team never responds and neither their superiors is there a way we can ban this site so that others dont get cheated like i have been.
Please see the screen shot of the invoice after paying the money they said i have to pay an additional 2500 and after 10 days they said they will refund but never till date.
