I mistakenly ordered Galaxy Note 2 thinking that it would be Samsung product but after placing when I saw the product details it was Branded Roxx. I have already made the payment and I am trying to cancel the order but this Support people are not picking up a single call moreover they are not replying to the mails also.

Can any1 help me out what should I dop now. In there website they have given details on Refund but these people are not getting into contact.
