This is what happens after you say your issue at watchkart.com chat support. Don't misunderstand it for an internet disconnection. The chat is disconnected from the CC end.
i ordered a fossil watch on 22dec2012, they send me a defective peace on date 26december 2012 .i return the watch on 27 dec, they recived the product by next day on 28 dec, but they still not refund my money after 10 days. today i called them to refund my money, so they tolled me due to some technical problem we can't refund your money next 10 to 15 day's.now money is stuck.
they are the biggest online fraud & cheater please don't buy anything from watchkart they always sell defective and old used things.

I agree with with Raj.. most third class company watchkart. Never buy any thing from here they are fraud ... I had order watch from watchcart of Kenneth Cole ikc1896 men's watch on 26.07.2014, after 10 days they told me we didn't have the same so I had changed my order with other Kenneth Cole ikc1896 men's watch. I had received ALBA Watch on 14.08.2014 on cash on delivery basis, When I open the wrong watch i found, then I had return through Blue Dart with reverse pick-up. It was reached on 19.08.2014. After so many follow ups by call and chat they always apologize with me. And now they are telling me still we didn't received ALBA WATCH FROM BLUE DART on telephonic discussion. And they already mailed me as below, I want to share with you...

I ordered FOSSIL watch from mywatchcart.com on 29th July, 2019. I received complete fake and duplicate order with totally different from what i ordered. I tried to contact the customer support through mail and contact number but both the address were wrong. Then I found a customer care number of delivery team (Ecom Express) from google and called them. She told me to call the retailer (Gadget hub) which is again a fraud company which has no number and no email id to contact. I either want a refund of my money or replacement of the product. Please can anybody help me to get through this.
