www.Yebhi.com — non delivery of item | |||
i ordered a sandal from www.yebhi.com worth Rs-995 under order no: YBH302205, on 2nd march 2010, through my amex. credit card having the Airway bill number:[protected], Shipping provider:Blue Dart... the site showed that the item will be delivered within 2days from the date of ordering the item . however i have not recieved the item at all, till today..... kindly, direct them and make them to refund me the said amount without any delay.. as they have really disappointed me. What a response Esclation Team of Yebhi.com As I can see that complaint was made on 6th March and you guys responded on 22nd August..what a response time...shame on you guys...Accept your fault and try to give importance to the customers...I will not recommend yebhi.com to anyone because you guys are not professionals...
