www.coralhub.com — non response of complaint

I am very much disappointed with the coralhub.com service as I purchased a microtel cordless phone sets from this website. First of all they deliver the item after 30 days, which they used to say that it will be delivered within 7 days. The item covers for warranty for the period of 15 days. But its charger unit was wrong. When I complaint the coralhub.com they reply once that just send the item back without giving any address. I repeatedly request for the address but they didn't respond.

i think with everyone they are doing some.

they did same thing with me...

really pissed off with coral hub...

Its about a month i didn't get my product

But now i m surely going to use consumer forum and teach them a good lesson

I have ordered twice from this website but both the times, the product didnt worked properly for even 6 months.

so overall the product quality is very bad

Really fed up with following up with these guys ...calling many time of almost a month have not received the product neither my money ...


M also planning to go to consumer forum atleast to stop these kind off online stupid sites ...to making fool to the customer and wasting the time ..

I hav shopped with other websites and I am really happy with their services. Coralhub.com is absolute waste of time.I shall not recommend coralhub.com and shall make sure that I spread a word on this. Your representatives are only good to argue on the phone and waste time and money of their customers. Worst services.

If there is any concern person from coralhub.com to help then please revert with a mail at [protected]@gmail.com.

I really hope coralhub.com takes necessary actions and not their customers.

coralhub — worn out shirts

I order a white shirt in coralhub in the buy 1 and get another color shirt free. I received two dirty old shirts, which is not worth wearing. Even people will not be ready to take it for free. I doubt coralhub cheat the customers in all their products.

I purchased an item from coralhub.com on nov 2011,paid via netbanking.the item was lcd lens cleaner kit.i did not recieve till[protected],contacted customer several times,still nogo. different dates for shipment till now given to me.its waste of time and money believing in coralhub.com.

Purchased an item from coralhub.com,got the item delivered to my billing address,but the required item was different from what i made online,the 3shirts of different size,which does not fit me completely.contacted the same with customer care.they said take an photo of that item and mail us.i did the same,they did not reply me,contacted end number of times for an exchange from nov 12th 2011 till jan[protected],,now they are saying the days are more than for exchange.all lame excuses.now they product which i have with is of no use.am frustated by coralhub.com

i am facing the same problem, when i contacted for refund, they said it will take 15 working days for a refund, but god only knows, is it days or months.

coralhub — held money but did not send product

i ordered a mp3 player from coral hub .they send me the wrong order ,i mailed them and asked them to get it replaced.they told me to send the product by courier and thy would replace it and corier charges will also be bourne by them.now its almost more than two months that they didn,t send my order or given me my money back.a have all the receipts and mails with me of asking me to send the mp3 player and replacing it .

My name is Mubeen Sohail. Dargah. I had ordered a LED display watch (order # 79871) online through a website www.CoralHub.com, I had ordered this product on 22 Aug 2011 & had paid for the product via ATM/Debit-card. The product I received was already damaged, so I called their support for a solution, they asked me to return the product & will refund the product amount. So I returned the product but I got no refunds for it. Its been nearly 6 months now, I've been asking about my refunds from time to time but they are just stalling. Now I don't have the money neither the product.

coralhub — non delivery / non refund

I have paid for a sim card reader on 1st Feb 2012 to coralhub but sofar neither the product was delivered nor refund effected. Several mail messages and phone calls from me elicited callous response.

I have placed an order for a package of three Formal White Shirts on 19.05.2012. Since there was no Cash On Delivery option available for my pin code, as such, I have made the payment online using my Credit Card successfully, but no order ID was generated and neither any confirmation was sent to my email ID. Subsequently after about 14 days of regular discussion with their Customer Care, an Order ID: 126247 was communicated to me along with the acknowledgement for receipt of payment through email by one Mr. Sajid of coralhub.com, (although the website promises delivery of purchased items within 7 days across all States of India) . After couple of days I tried to confirm the status of my order and surprisingly I was replied that product delivery will take about 45 days, however, in case refund is required, it will be done immediately. Obviously, I requested for refund of payment and intimated the Bank details to the Customer Care Executive of Coralhub which is still pending even after the lapse of 30 days (as on today 19.06.2012).
Their official website is now showing that Order ID: 126247 has been dispatched through Blue Dart on 10.06.2012 but nothing has been so far received even their help line number is also out of order. Therefore my feedback is that “Corhub.com is surely an online company set up for the purpose of duping people, they receive the payment and cancel delivery on whimsical grounds, this has happened to me, the customer service agents are a bunch of incompetent 's, they never clarify any doubts”
