[Resolved]  XX Speed Link — Broadband Connection was suddenly deactivated: XX Speed Link (Service Provider)

Dear Sir,

I had a internet broad band connection from XX Speed Link service provider from Tamil Nadu, Vellore. My plan is 1500/- per month 4mbs speed with 25 GB free download per month starting we have no issues for first two months December 2011 and January 2012 February we are facing very slow net connection the speed was not as per the plan 4mbs it was like less than 1 mbs i asked the same they told that your system have problem we dont have any issue in our side. I requested the same service provider for public id for files transferring purpose for our office use they charged 2500/- per annum i have paid the same Feb month still now i cant able to use the public id they are saying we dont have any issue in our side your side is issue one month i did follow-up no use. In march first week the internet connection was down i called customer care he told that pl switch off and on the modem at that time the modem is working fine after i switch off i switched on the modem but the modem is not working the service person came and he told that the modem is not working due to high voltage he replaced one new modem after that also the net is not working he said i want to check the wireless device and he removed the device without my permission and sent the his office without my knowledge i asked him why you did this he told that we dont have permission to open the device i will call u with the status he called me pl call to our owner he want to talk to u i called him he said due to high voltage the device was burned so i have to pay 1500 to replace the same i said as per the plan i[censored] had any problem you have to replace the device free of cost he said except burning only we said in the application this was intimated to you but i dont aware of that not intimated that to me. March first week they told like that and talked roude we dont give connection without 1500 do what every you want they cut the call still now they have not called i have paid 1500 for March month bill but i have used only 5 to 7 days they have not refunded the bill and without connection i got the bill of 1500/- this month bill due to this issue i lost one big project and lost 2 clients due to this i got loss of around 3 lack rupees project with 2 big clients. Please consider this compliant and do the needfull...
