[Resolved]  xylo e8 — air conditioner

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Xylo E8 in april 2011. Since day 1 the air conditioner was not working properly. If i change the direction still the air blows out from foot direction all the time. outer air always flow inside .break pandle shakes , light in side the dashborad works whenever it wants, driving seat shakes.

I have register all these complaints in 1st service but was never rectified.I went personally after the first service , they said we dont have the part in stock, we will inform you when we get it but i have never got a call back.

All this happened at okhla service centre of koncept auto.

Today i have sent my car for second service ,first they said they don't have the part in stock but after that they have taken it.


I don't understand why a big automobile company does this. This is real annoying when you speand almost 11lacs on a car which actually doesn't work properly. All this is happening with a new car. Don't you have any quality standard who checks the car before delivering it to the customer.if thhe new car is creating such silly problems i dont know what will happen 2 years down the line.

when i told this to the machanic in koncept, he said this is like this only. break pandle always shakes and so do the seat. hahhaaa as if i have never tried or drive anyother car in this price range.

I will never recommend anyone for mahindra products and will try spread this as much as i can, so that others will not face the same issues and spend huge money for this type o[censored]seless products.

My car number is DL12 CA 1326, and this car is with koncept okhla branch for second service.

i think i deserve a answer on what happened with me .
