[Resolved]  ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited — Unethical behavior of ICICI representatives!

Hi,

I have many complains against ICICI. I was using ICICI credit card but I never received any statements from ICICI. After 6 months they showed up at my place and asked me to pay 30000. That guy was decent enough and he waived off all taxes as I never received any statements from ICICI. He also suggested me to pay as an EMI option. I opted that and gave him post dated cheque.

After 4-5 months I called him up and asked him about the status of the balance then he told me that you have almost paid everything. I got relaxed. Last year somewhere around in Nov I used the card again and didn’t receive the stmts again. I called up customer care many times but nothing happened.
Just few days back somebody came to my house and told me that I was supposed to pay 83000 as a credit card amount. I was shocked!! Anybody could be!! I told him the entire situation and asked for the stmt. He gave me stmts and I was shocked to see that the amount which I paid earlier was also included in this non-paid list. I asked this guy why so. He told me that the earlier guy was fraud and assured me that don’t worry ma’am we will go for settlement and deduct the amount which you already paid. It was good enough.

Now last week I received call from ICICI collection dept saying that I am supposed to pay 79000. Again it was shocking. I told him this guy also that already two people contacted me and so and so happened. But this guy was the biggest . This entire week, he has sent some rubbish people to collect the payment and those people bother my neighbours. They ask my neighbours to open the main door and knock my door and wake me up. Every morning they come and shout at my main door. They faught with my neibours which is the most ridiculous thing I ever faced. Finally I have called up customer care and asked for help and get me rid of this collection dept idiotic activities. Now I am going to talk to Mumabi head quarter and will ask them why are such things happening!!
