[Resolved]  YADU GAS AGENCIES, GHAZIABAD — ABNORMAL DELAY IN GETTING THE GAS CYLINDER

YADU GAS AGENCIES, GHAZIABAD — Booked Cylinder on 18/8/07 ref No. 6243

I have booked cylinder on 18/8/07 with reference no. 6243. I have gone to there office multiple times. Every time they give a date and say they have sent a letter. but i have not recived any letter from them.
The lady sitting there does not even speak polietly. She is in a perception that she is God.
I will advise a News agency for a sting operation here.
It is really horrible taking cylinder in black and they are charging high premium on this.
I am suffering since i have applied from Yadu gas.
IOCL should take immidiate action against Yadu Gas. As with unsatisfied customer IOCL cannot grow.
Pls. correct your philosofy and make it " Customer first"

The services rendered by Yadu Gas agency is the worst ever I had in my life. No response, delay and may be underweight cylinders have become there habbit. They have provided me with telephone numbers [protected],[protected] and [protected] which are continously busy. If the numbers are changed they should atleast inform the customers. If atall by chance I get through the no. the response is very poor and persons attending the phone has no courtsey and are very rude.

Hi My consumer no. is 93599, I have been trying the 3 nos. provided my them [protected], [protected] and [protected] which are continously busy. The services rendered by Yadu Gas agency is the worst ever I had in my life. No response, delay I have booked the gas 7 days before, but have no clue when will i receive the Gas cylinder.

I had applied for a second cylider (DBC) in last year Nov, its almost one year but everytime I enquire about it with yadu gas agency people, I get to hear the same answer that DBC is not available right now try again necxt month.

I visited them personally also but I got the same answer. I laso have experienced that they deliver underweight cylinders.

YADU GAS SERVICE REALLY SUCKS.

INDANE GAS OFFICERS PLEASE GIVE AN EAR TO THE CONSUMER PROBLEMS. ITS ULTIMATELY INDANE GAS WHOSE REPUTATION IS GETTING SPOILT.

I am facing the same problem regarding receiving gass, i also booked my gas before 20 days but till now i have not received the gas, telephone numbers also busy

I have a Indane Gas connection No : 59865 from Yadu Gas Agency, Ghaziabad,
Yesterday (April3, 2009) they give me delivery at my home, but the cylinder have 3 kg less gas.
this is the second time when it happened.
then what action i should take jow

i am use bhart gas so i am requested to you please guide me and personal adviser my residence is Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad please conveyed i was transper gas service noida to ghaziabad.

I had booked my gas on 22/09/09 consumer no. in 18186 my booking recipet no. is 30440 but till date I have not recived my gas.

Same problem here also. But what to do and whom to complain?

I ALSO HAVE BOOKED BY GAS CYLINDER WELL IN ADVANCE WITH YADU GAS, GHAZIABAD ALMOST 22 DAYS BACK. TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS CYLINDER AND NOBODY BOTHERS TO ATTEND MY PHONE CALL ALSO. I HAVE BORROWED A CYLINDER FROM MY NEIBOUR TO FULFILL MY REQUIREMENT. TILL DATE NOBODY GIVES ANY RESPONSE IN THIS REGARD. I HAVE BEEN FACING LOT OF PROBLEM WITH YADU WHOSE CYLINDERS ALWAYS COMES UNDER WEIGHT AND VERY LATE.

Yadu Gas Agencies — Gas Booking underWeight

I have booked my Gas on 23rd till date i have not got the same, as every month the same is happening. then to when it is coming to us with in 15days it is getting empty because o[censored]nder weight.

Kindly look into this and help resolved the same because it is getting very painfull to book our gas and take underweight. The complaint cell no which has been provided by Yadu Gas that no is not in use.
