Yadu Indane Gas — delivered an empty cylinder on new connection

I took a new Indane gas connection at Vashundhara-15 from Yadu Indane gas sewa. They delivered two cylinders at home when I was at office, out of which one was empty. After some time I checked it and then immediately called the person who delivered it. I refuse to correct and he is just lying. He has been doing this kind of cheating for many. Plz do take severe action against such kind of cheating people. Im writing this out of so much pain in heart because of this kind of cheating things.
