[Resolved] Yari Sony Ericsson U10i — Defective Phone and mishandling of service centres | |||
Sir, I have brought sony;s brand new handset Yari on 24.12.09 and immediately after 1 month the phone started hanging and to my knowledge it was one of the best phones launched at the price band of 15000. So after spending on brand name and latest handset this is what i have gone through. I contacted the service centre in janakpuri and they told me software upgradation that meant i have lost all my data (Phone no.s and songs and all other datas stored).After15 days it again hanged and i have to go through same process then i decided that i wont comehere again even if it hangs but the problem got worse in august some peculiar things started to happen and i have gone to service centre they first upgraded the software and when they call me the same hanging problem got worst as they were claiming my hadset was ok. They immediately issued me on 16th aug10complaint no. SE310RJK14674and till date i.e 26.9.10no bodyin call centre or janakpuri district centre is telling me when will i get my mobile more so the callcentre people have given me false dates and same is with service centre person but till date i dont know what is happening and where and when will i get my mobile This is the way they are handling the customer . I swear by I wont buy any sony or ericcson product and what ever products i have bought of sony i wont take them to there any of the service centre wether it is TV or tape recrder or any thing.
