Yebhi.com — Really Pathetic service

I am back again to complaint for yebhi, yet again. One of my friends had ordered a deal last week which was the first deal for him and he got it within 2 days. And then the nightmare started with the 2nd purchase. I think they only give you good service the first time to lure the customers into making the 2nd deal and once the 2nd deal is made; you are in for a surprise. He ordered a supersaver deal within 2 days of ordering the first deal. order no. YBH819851. When he was trying to check online for the courier status, airway bill no. [protected] doesn't work. It says wrong waybill number. When he called the bluedart customer care, they said that the order was held back at yebhi and they don't have the courier with them and that's why he wasnot able to track the shipment online. When I called yebhi, since I had so many numbers of them, one customer care executive named some Monica or something spoke to me in some language similar to English which I didn't understand because it grammatically made no sense. I understood in bits and pieces and she was trying to put the blame on blue dart. When I told her that I had already spoken to bluedart, she got alerted and said yes, the warehouse people haven't sent out the shipment.

So I am not the only one customer who has got cheated, it's my friend whom I had warned but we thought the incident wouldn't repeat with anybody else. She didn't give me any clear assurance/commitment on whether the courier is going to reach or not, just was simply giving me the dates and the days in the past one week ( as if I didn't know !!!!) We have no idea whether the shipment is even going to come. The trick is that they will send over the weekend and expect us to be there in the address and without even calling will take back the shipment.

I am waiting to hear what excuse yebhi representative is going to give this time.

Truly pathetic service, on 3 instances from my side now !!

Well, in continuation to my previous complaint, the shipment came way beyond the stipulated time and we sent it back as we lost our cool. Whenever they want they will ship the product. When we asked the bluedart guy to take it back, we didn't even receive any call/mail asking us why we declined the shipment.

This is what they claim 'caring for the customers !!! They didn't even bother to check why a particular customer has declined the shipment. They did not feel the need to check whether the customer is satisfied or not.

I have decided never to shop with Yebhi again and my friends have sworn the same.
