I ordered a pair of shoe from their site. The product I received was not the same as ordered through their website.. I dropped a mail to informing them about the wrong delivery, but they seem to have overlooked it. So, i called up their customer care. But, no one picked it up at first. I flooded them with calls and after a couple o[censored]nsuccessful attempts, i managed to talk to someone. He assured me that my goods will be replaced once they receive it from my end. I did likewise and spent rs 150 as courier charges, hoping they would reimburse me for a mistake happened from their end. But, Iam waiting till date for the exchange and moreover bewildered to the fact that they stopped responding to my mails and the customer care doesnt bother to take any concrete actions,every time they send this information sincerely,but we didn't get proper response from them......http://www.yepme.com/ReturnExchangePolicy.aspx
