[Resolved] Yepme — incomplete product received and refund | |||
i have ordered for 2 track suits and 3 shirts on 23 july. after 1 week when i didn't received the product, i called yepme customer care. they said the product had been returned, because my area doesn't come in corier companies service. i asked and they put my complaint for refund, for both the products. they said i'll get my refund in 72 hrs. but i waited and never did the refund came. now, suddenly on 13 august i received 1 of my product, which is the track suits. after opening the box, the product was incomplete. i received 1 track suit and 1 track jacket, missing the track pant. when i contacted the customercare, they said, i have ordered for 1 track suit and 1 jacket. still waiting for my refund for the second ordered. now i don't know how should i fight with them, to get my refund and the missing track pant.
