Yepme — Irresponsible, Fake and Careless service

I KASIM MOHD, have ordered Shoes (Blue Canvas) Order Id : 2057182, Order date April 25, Registerd Mobile: [protected], from Yepme.com. But at first they delivered the wrong shoes. I raised a complaint for replacement of shoes and to change the delivery address(from Hyderabad to Bangalore) as i shifted from that place, at that time they accepted that. But they have not delivered the same, So I called them to enquire then they said address change is not possible. So I told them to deliver it in Hyderabad but they told that after 30 days of order they cant raise a complaint from their side. They ask me to raise complaint through e-mail.That's why I sent a mail. But still no response.
Again i called them regarding status,they told that, that Particular shoe is not there for any more now and ask for selecting the new shoe.
I have selected the new shoe and thy promised to deliver it in 7-8 days but still didn't deliver it. I kindly request you to have a serious action on it and deliver the shoe as soon as possible.
