Yepme — order item not delivered

I buyed an item in online shopping (yempe.com). I made payment also. Item id no: 3561612, they told me that your order item should deliver lasts date 6/10/2013. But they not deliver my order till yet . If I call to costumer support team they always say await for 48 hours. Sir plz take some action on them. Plz help me...
