[Resolved] Yepme Shopping — Late in Delivery product | |||
Dear sir, I was purchased a shoe by online shopping from "www.Yepme.com" as order no.- 2683523 on 18-July-2013 , as per the company terms they can deliver my product within 6 days but still now it was not delivered , so i contacted him through Email , online complain & by phone they already two times they taken my complain on 25th-july and 29-july simultaneously but still now my problem is unsolved , as per their site my product was delivered through curior service "Indiaontime express" as Dispatch Date - 19 Jul 2013 , Courier Name - IndiaOnTime Express ,POD Number - *[protected]* so i was contacted to nearest agent of indiaontime through phone no. [protected] more then 10 times as regular basis from 25th july, and they also assured me all time that we will deliver your parcel on next day. but still now my issue is unsolved and i did not received my product, but i had paid 399 , so kindly try to resolve my problem. thankyou, sapana kumar padhy [protected] sapana.[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
