[Resolved] Indane Gas — Yet to receive Double Cylinder | |
Dear Sir / Madam, This is to bring your kind attention that I am one of the customer of Indane Gas applied for double cylinder having code - 22396, belongs to P L Gas Service, Boral, Goria, Kolkata. Prop: Mr. Debasish ([protected]) on 12th March ' 08 and more surprising is that, they issued cylinder by my name but I am yet to receive that. I am a consumer of M/s Indane Oil Corporation Ltd, , (M/s Veer Sachi Indane Gas, Shop No-4, Damana Bazar, Sailashree Vihar Road, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar), bearing consumer No. 8362. At the time of connection I have taken only one cylinder but at present I require one more cylinder. Though I am staying in a joint family it is very difficult to manage with one cylinder, so that I have applied for a 2nd cylinder but they have refused to give. So I request you to take this matter seriously as per the procedure. Please do the needful and obliged. LPG shop in Boral, Kolkata — Problem in booking
My consumer No. is 2497. On 21.11.08, at about 11.15 AM, my wife asked the said shop for booking over telephone. It was assured that the delivery would be given in due course. Today (13.12.08), at about 9.45 AM, when I enquired about not getting delivery, I was told that no booking was made for my consumer no. on 21.11.08. This was shocking to us. The person was talking tough over telephone.I was registered with this shop during 1998 on my transfer from Delhi. Over past decade, number of consumers must have been doubled. There is an urgent need for bifurcation of this shop to deliver better public service.
