i have given request for connection shifting from my old address to new address in same sector of koparkhairane, navi mumbai on 28th Sep 2011, i was told that it will take 7 working days, but even after 20 days( 15 working days) shifting is pending, and i am calling repeatadly to customer care/nodal officer (Mr. Rahul Chavhan), but no resolution is provided to me till date, neither they are talking about my loss o[censored]sage (no of days) because of delay in shifting.i had already given cheque of amt 500/- toward connection shifting and address proof. cheque amount is already debited from my account. each time i am calling to customer care/nodal officer i am getting a fix reply "We are esclating this", "you will get a call with in xxxx hours", "give me 2 min" or you'll get service credit of 2-5 day. but my question is because connection shifting is still pending (only cabling done 2 days ago) and its 12 days gone after your 7th working day(5th oct 2011) of transfer request, so why you are giving so less service credit, when i am at completly loss of 20 days (till date) and will be at loss untill connection is fully shifted and working. so i just wanted to know, the higher authority's name and contact number so that i can talk to them reg. this issue and if you dont have anything, then i'll send legal notice regarding this issue and componsation of my loss. be ready Was this information helpful? |
