I am Sudhakar Reddy from Hyderabad, A.P (State), I am existing customer for "YOU BROADBAND" Account No. "657018" from last 1 year. Recently i had raised complaint Complaint No. "[protected]" on 13th Aug. for shifting the connection from existing address to new address. When the time of raising the complaint customer care executive updated me with in 7 working days my issue should resolve, but till date there is resolution on my issue. There is no proper updates on my issue, My self called 9 times to customer care (+91-[protected]) every time they are saying like, with in 24hrs my problem going to resolve. But till date still my issue is not yet resolved. I already paid Amount of Rs. 1934 for 3 months, details as below
