[Resolved]  You Broadband — Refund of security fund

9 days ago I have written this email to you , but there is no response,
What I have to suppose whether I have to go to consumer forum to file a case against You Broadband or what ???
Just go through this mail otherwise I'll create major problem for Ur company .
This is my last serious warning .

This is to bring to your notice, that I had purchased a new You broadband connection around 5 months back. On 1st week of Mar -12 I applied for a internet connection from you broadband and made the payment of Rs.1,600.00 /- (including 500/- refundable security) which includes Rs. 500 for modem deposit which is refundable and remaining Rs. 1100 were for three months connection fee. After three months I discontinued using internet and asked them to repay my Rs. 500 which was for modem deposit as I handed them the modem. Since then I have complained to them seven times but I haven't received a single response from them. Its been a 2 months now I am complaining and during that I have called them many times which also charged me a lot and even the peace of mind as I am not getting any solution or even a single call regarding this matter.

If you people are doing the same with your customers then I'll file this case to consumer forum regarding this fraud / cheating .
