My account number is 498202.
I had applied for connection in Kothrud on 2nd March 2012.
All the connections were done and 3 months advance + modem deposit was collected (total Rs.2100/- + 500(shifting charges) )
Receipt number:- 554700
After the connection was made, the net never worked. Also when the engineer had come he also could not resolve and told someone would come next day.
I regularly called the customer care, but no output and finally applied for disconnection on 9th March.
Although i applied for disconnection on 9th, no one came to collect the modem and after 20-30 calls finally it was collected on 27-March-2012.
I HAVE NOT USED THE INTERNET FOR A SINGLE DAY..!!!!
The modem was collected on 27-March-2012.
I have still NOT received the refund. At least 90-100 calls to the customer-care but no output.
I want the complete refund of advance payment made for 3 month and modem deposit.
Calling the customer care does not help.
