I am Mr. S.A. Kanaka Raju from Vizag. I wish to bring to your kind notice that I had purchased a ZeroB Ultimate Stage7 RO System on 12/11/2009 and was issued a warranty card with expiry dated 12/11/2010. My ZeroB unit's serial number is 19041.
The system was sold and installed by Mr. Suresh Kumar (Mob: [protected]) and Mr.Uma Mahesh (Mob: [protected]). I had been facing issues since installation and had lodged several phonic complaints to the above two employees. But I was repeatedly assured of service and was ignored.
The toll free number also given on the pamphlet along with the unit was not in working order and both Mr. Suresh and Mr. Uma Mahesh were not at all co-operative to help me out in this situation. I was assured at the time of sale that the toll free number was the only number I required to lodge a complaint and get a fast service. Was this information helpful? |
ZERO B — FILTER NOT WORKING FROM 3 YEARS
zero b machine is off from 3years .I have also registered complain in zero b offices but no service man come for servicing
