same problem i have also faced. i have purchased zero B from Meerut, U.P. and its faulty with lots of noise in machine and machine stop working due to choking and water leakage too. i have paid AMC twice (this year also) but still company is not able to provide service for its product. Highly disappointed from the service and quality of ZERO B.
