[Resolved]  Zero B Water Purifier — Pathetic service

Hi,

2 months back, I have moved from Bangalore to Ghaziabad. I received wonderful service for my AMC with the regular/timely maintanance of my Zero - B water purifier. I moved to Ghadiabad recently and had logged a complaint on 29th Jul and 31st Jul' 12 with my mobile # as [protected].

My complaint is not resolved till date. One of the Zero b person came and installed the water filer machine about a month back, but has not connected it to the correct water tap. The person took Rs, 350 for the installation of the equipment and left. Water was not connected to the tap properly, neither he had the TDS meters which can be used to measure if the water if its really drinkable or not?

I had call the customer care number i.e [protected] more than 10 times since last one month, everytime I get a response that they are escalating my complaint, but nothing happens. They had given me the Ghaziabad branch contact number, I called there 3 -4 times, but everytime they say that someone will give you a call and come in 2 - 3 days, but I don't get any call back.

One person from Ghaziabad branch office, came and did the servicing of the machine which was actually not required, but he also did not bring the TDS meter to test if the water is drinkable or not? - He went with me to get a tap connector from a shop, I purchase the tap connector which he told me to buy, He with my plumber connected that tap connector to the tap where the Zero b machine is to be connected, but while connecting he saw that connecting pipe from Zero b machine to the tap was missing and he told he'll bring that pipe next day and also the TDS meter. He came on 5th Aug' 12 and after that no news about him or anyone who can make my Zero B machine workable.

Also, please note, after coming to Ghaziabad, I had renewed my AMC contract and this is the kind of pathetic service I am getting in Ghaziabad.
For the last one month, I am not sure, what kind of water I am drinking and Zero b is not connected properly to the right tap. Some one from the Ghaziabad office comes and passes time, does some junk activity like servicing the machine and goes back by giving me another date, but my problem is still where it was since the day one.

Kindly suggest whom should I contact to get my water filter in place and also comment on the kind of service that I am getting. If this is the 3rd grade service offered to the customers in Ghaziabad then why do you screw up there life by making them sign an AMC and paying 4000 Rs for this pathetic service?

Waiting for an immediate resolution of my problem otherwise will take the next possible option.
