I am from Banglore. We took zero b eco ro water purifier 1 and half year back but when it was installing crack came on the device and after some days it is started overflowing and also water is going outside from the outlet pipe even switch off the power, always water is going out side there is leakage problem.we called many times Customer services, but there is no response even they did not do free services also.waste of money....

2 months back, I have moved from Bangalore to Ghaziabad. I received wonderful service for my AMC with the regular/timely maintanance of my Zero - B water purifier. I moved to Ghadiabad recently and had logged a complaint on 29th Jul and 31st Jul' 12 with my mobile # as [protected].

I have purchased Zero B water purifier at Bangalore and shifted to Ankleshwar, at the time of purchase it was commited that three free services will be done in first year of purchase, only one service completed at bangalore, and after repeated communications on customer care no I'm not getting any service at Ankleshwar with the reason that they don't have service station at Ankleshwar.
