[Resolved] Zestha Developers Ltd. — delay in Possession | |||
Dear Sir, This complaint is about Zestha developers Ltd, I have booked a flat in 2007 in their Rudrapur Project " Platinum Towers" with area 750 Sq.Feet. At the time of booking it was said that the possession would be given in 18 months time but even after 36 Months we have not got possession. We dont have any idea that when we can get our possession, Last time during Durga puja they had updated their website and written that the construction work is restored from Navratri and they will give the possession very soon. But even after a year of that promise we are standing at the same place. We are not able to decide what should we do,? we have taken loan from Allahabad bank who had approved the Project and Sanctioned the loan. Even the bank has no answer to what will happen to this project. We feel cheated on to this and looking for some guidance from some senior experienced people who can guide on the proceedings. There are lots of people from Accenture, HCL, Hero honda and many more are stuck into this but not coming out with their views. I have also booked the 750 Sq. ft 2BHK, But it's right we cheated by Zestha Develeopers Ltd. (Himanshu Agarwal). I am also availing 8.5 Lacs Loan from Allahabad Bank rudrapur.
It's almost 4 years and our situation is going on worse day by day, Neither i am getting the house nor i am getting relief from bank or builder. I have also filed the case in New delhi to Bank, Builder.

I had also booked a flat in the same project. We (me and two of my friends) have already filed a case in the consumer court in Delhi. If you want to join us, you can be part of that case or file another case in the same court. If you know somebody else ask them to file the case in the same court. If more and more people will file the case against the builder and the bank, the pressure will build up on the builder.
