ZNETindia cheating with peoples, VPS(Virtual Private Server) High Bandwidth charge, and VPS is not setup till I have purchase an VPS from ZNETINDIA ZNet India 112, Gangasagar-B, Vaishali Nagar Jaipur-302021 Rajasthan (India) i paid them 9596.10 INR against Order Number: ZNETINDIA/56110/35868 Order Received: Sep 3, 2009 Total Amount : INR (Indian Rupees) 9596.10 against Bronze Hyper - V RAM: 1 GB Disk Space: 40 GB Bandwidth: 100 GB RDP Connections: 2 IP: 5 IP Addresses Daily Backups Full root/remote access Database: Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express OS: Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition (32 bit) Dotnet panel Express but after a long experiments there technical fails to setup the server on windows plateform and i finally decided to move to LINUX plateform and i give them request to setup my VPS on Linux and i clear them on by raising ticket (Posted on 9/12/2009 1:26:33 PM (IST) ) and after that in evening they start saying that i have used up 5TB bandwidth as they mentioned in the ticket (9/12/2009 11:06:47 PM (IST) ,HIA[protected]Regarding High Bandwidth usages...!!!!)) and now my VPS is till not functioning and the bandwidth is still going to be consumed and now they are saying 6TB bandwidth. and my VPS is not working i didnt have hosted any site nor i am using there mail service then how is possible to consume this bandwidth. and now they are planning to charge me this bandwidth and not even picking my phone calls, and none of there technical is ready to discuss the story with me whats going on. so i am very uncomfertable from ZNETINDIA, as they are cheating with me. now they avoiding to talking with me. please help me in this issue as the ZNETINDIA IS CHEATING WITH PEOPLES LIKE ME. I WANT MY VPS as 15days has already passed and passing other days also. and they are avoiding and not responding. any one please suggest me what to do. and how i can get my hardearned money or service against it. Dear Ranveer,
You are absolutely right you face such a problem.
Main concern was bandwidth’s heavy utilization from the dedicated server on which your VPS was created, So our risk department terminate your server for auditing; we are not going to charge you for that.
I apology for trouble you face, Once we discover the technical issue our support rectify it and created new VPS along with Linux OS. Hope fully you are now satisfied now

Main concern was bandwidth’s heavy utilization from the dedicated server on which your VPS was created, So our risk department terminate your server for auditing; we are not going to charge you for that.

I posted one Ticket - that i'm not receiving mails from people sending their mails from hotmail account. The customer service center has all kids who're not qualified to understand the problem itself!
They send one test mail from hotmail and say the problem doesn't exist!
I'm showing mails sent by customers: where in the mail marked to my gmail account has been received but the mail to my corporate account hosted on Znet has not received the mail at all !!!???
I tried breaking my head for more than 6 months & finally decided to send mails to people with hotmail account from my gmail account.
THE MD of this company is a horrible guy - doesn't care to respond at all...

I also had a worst experiace with Znetindia.com, When i try to tranfer my domain to my frineds name they took almost 30 days to do the same. They are not responding to my mail / calls.
Finally they took my PAN card, Credit card and Passport copyes to transfer my domain. I don't know they are going to do with my PAN, Passport and CC...
I have cancled my CC once it is transfered to my fnd's name.
Please don't go with Znetindia.com
