my complaint is about the zong conection.when we call to call center they dont guid us correct.so remove your straff or set thos people whos knoe the computer or they have the degree of computer.
every day they cut alot of money from me and they miss guid me.and cut the phone that we cant help you.

Yesterday night (sunday, 17 Jan, 10), i call to my home from 0800 PM in my fav hour. but it droped again and again about four times, although with full signal and full bettery of my mobile. i lost about my 30 rupeez in my fav hour.if it will continue in this way, there will be no advantage of fav hour in 75 paisa pakage in zong. i request to stop this practice of droping call again and again during fav hour. if the problem is due to network services then please do something in this regard.

Dear sir, i request u for zong gprs service in mardan and charsada, where zong gprs is too slow and some time does not connect.The speed s here 2 to 5kbps only where in karachi it, s speed s over 30kbps.I regularly use zong 2gb gprs package at 240rs per month.But by slow speed it hurts me.Plz improve ur gprs service in mardan and charsada.Thanx

ZONG — no incoming call from telenor network

these sims [protected], [protected] were changed to Zong service but there is a problem of incomming call from telenor service. No in coming call from telenor service working on these sims though we can call from these sims to all networks. please start incoming calls from telenor network on these sim.

What the hell zong made me mad of problem..i am living in peshawar, I have reacharged my balance four cards back to back and accepted but not came my one card's balance..i am regular monthly sms package and monthly net package user and now i reacharged again for activating net packge i have called call center but they are not replying me and just helpline is useless i hate ittttt
