Assalam-o-Alaikum, I have a zong sim ([protected]) and I loaded 250 rupees via EasyLoad 2 days ago. After tax & loan deduction and a 5 minute call to a ptcl number, my balance was about 177. As I had 2 days valididty left on my monthly sms package, I tried to subscribe again thinking that this would add a month to my validity period but I was informed that I have already activated this package. Then, when I checked my balance, there were 80 rupees left. I do not use Zong internet and keep the mobileData off at all times. How did this happen, I am used to loosing 10, 20 rupees but this much deduction without any reason is despicable. Now, what should I do??? Was this information helpful? |
