Zovi.com — no returns | |||
Poor Experience with Zovi.com I bought a 3 tops for my wife from your web-site, out of which 2 came out to be pretty transparent and not decent enough for the lady to wear. This information wasn't available on your website and its pretty understandable that this issue is not clear from the pics as well. As soon as your package arrived, I informed your customer-care about the issue, but they say "your merchandise cannot be exchanged as sale is going on". The fact is, the very same day I bought few articles from Jabong.com, where again the sale is going on, but they very happily and readily exchanged the products with the same issue. This is what I feel is customer delight, not just calling your team "customer delight". You have written sale merchandise cannot be returned only on 1 page of your website, which customer has to search and find, but on each n every page of your products a banner shows "30days return". Please find the screen-shot attached. I never asked for a return of money, I just want to exchange my product, in a perfect condition, with a more decent one. Was this information helpful? | |||
