Zovi.com — Non delivery of exchanged items | |||
I bought some items from the website, enticed by the women’s day discount. A bracelet,a Tshirt and a chain. While the chain was good the bracelet looked like it was picked up from the roadside, with rust marks on the rings etc and the Tshirt was also not symmetric. So I sent a couple of mails and snapshots and asked for an exchange (They claim to give an exchangereturn readily without asking any questions). This does not happen. They just say that matter is being escalated and no response. And then after a couple of calls the items were picked up by their reverse courier. After that, their new response is that the items have not been received at their warehouse, even though it was by their own pickup guy and I have provided all details. These websites just open up to fleece customers. Any number of calls and mails do not work. Why do they claim to do something that they cannot. India should bring in a legislation to stop these kind of e-commerce from springing up. I have interacted and bought things from a number of reputed sites like flipkart etc, but the service is entirely delightful. Was this information helpful? | |||
