3 weeks ago, I bought a wallet from ZOVI, while buying it they promised that they will send the wallet at the earliest, and even if i don't like it I can exchange it some other wallet, but when the wallet arrived, It was not so as shown on the image, I am not satisfied and given a call to the customer care and asked for a different one, they said yes they will make arrange ment for it, but nothing happened since the day, i m breaking my head with the executives over there, they were telling me that 'we shifted out ware house' so our people are busy with the arranging works, etc.,
to test their honesty again i ordered a flipflop from there, that reached me immediately, how come they have time now?" I wondered, They are simply not keeping up the words, to tell the truth.
