[Resolved]  CompuIndia — Regarding refund of advance amount paid

Dear sir, This is to inform you that I made an order of New Dell Inspiron 15 5558 Laptop (order no.[protected] on 17 october 2015 under Cash On Delivery option. The cost of the order was rs. 56, 990/. I've already paid advance amount Rs. 6, 990 (as it was stated in the scheme that amount exceeding limit of rs. 50, 000 should be paid in advance whereas rest of the amount is to be paid when the product delieverd). Sir, since the order is cancelled by compuindia due to logistic issues on Cash On Delivery in UP regions as informed to me by the support team of compuindia, i want the paid amount to be refunded. I also attached the copy of the bill in the email of [protected]@compuindia.com. Since 21 october 2015 they have not provided me the details about the refund process of amount paid. I hope the company will respond to my complaint soon. thanks & regards: peeyush kala
