I have registered a case [protected] for simple keyboard issue . There is no update i received from support guys what they are doing after 8 days i logged call , I need to do a lot of follow up but there is no satisfactory answer till now
No one is monitoring mail ID is published on official website for Feed back , If you are not able to provide after sales onsite support why its communicated when we purchase your product
Is this way how company like lenevo deals with customers ??? How would you expect Good Feedback and more sales as per
My personal feedback i will never ever recommend any one to purchase lenevo products . Its the worst support I have even seen for any vendor
