Indiasouq.com — india souq not responding

They contacted me today in the morning saying that they don't have the product in stock and they will refund the money. I asked them to refund the money to the net banking account through which I paid, But they are asking for an SBI account ATM card details with the password. I discussed with a bank manager whether to share the details, and the answer was NO and also if i share my credit card details with the password, They might misuse. Hence, I called the indiasouq.com executive back telling the situation that I can't share the details that they asked for and requested to either send it through cheque or NEFT, and their reply was that they will refund the amount after three years as they don't have that system as of now. I was very disappointed with the response given by the executive.They are talking as if we are asking their money and no professional communication is done. I don't have an SBI account and they are not refunding the money back through net banking like the other online shopping websites. Please give me a solution for this.

I bought a Pendrive(13.06.2013) with full payment of 210/- by Debit Card & bought a Nikon L25(19.06.2013) with cash on delivery by paying 200/- advance. But not received yet. Customer Care doesn't receive my phone.

I purchased 2 seagate external hard disk from indiasouq.com. They cheated me too. Not responding/answering calls.
Did you get your money back?

I also ordered External Hard disk from indiasouq.com. now they are not responding to my email and calls.
Is their any change to get our money back please let me know.
