I went to the shop for inquiry of an laptop. First of all there was a guy in the counter who doesn't know any details about the laptops we asked. he told us to wait for a few minutes and an another guy showed up. We asked him the details of that model and he didn't know about the specification of the model. he was looking into the monitor and said there is no internet connection so couldn't find the exact price of that laptop. so he handed us with a brochure containing the models of that particular brand. While this was going on the main guy over there was watching one the latest tamil movie in the computer and was laughing to that. they were not even willing to ask what the customer needs. I recommend everyone not to even go to this place for inquiry
