[Resolved]  Modern Computers — MODERN COMPUTERS - Theft During Laptop Service

Two years ago I bought a HP laptop from US with touch screen facility.It struggle to start after some electrical fluctuation in Chennai.So I search a laptop service station near my office WestMambalam.I found the MODERN COMPUTERS near Ashok Nager Police station.The service fraud tell me to examine my computer and said VJC chip out of over power and to replace.Next day that D_G said mother board is affected by power and ask for 5000 for adv of replacement.As It is a laptop of 82000 Rupees in Indian value I don't bother.They promise me to return by 4 working days.After 5 days they said they go for testing after new installation.After 10 days My laptop return back and I found the hard disk was changed with out restoration of my DATAS. That thieves theft my hard disk even with out copy.They also take my internal Bluetooth & Speaker. I was so much worried. They ask again for 4000 for their esteemed service.For the sake of my Rs820000 laptop I pay and rescue that.When I ask for warranty they said for 3 month. I replied them here after It repairs I will throw it to sea,but not go to service of MODERN COMPUTERS. I plan to go to Police but for the sake of TamilNadu Police over burden of work I don't want to make complaint with then. If I am in AMERICA definitely I go to police for this issue.
